Wall of Remembrance

The Korean War (1950-1953) claimed the lives of more than 2.5 millions Koreans and soldiers from nearly 30 countries that were involved. The Wall of Remembrance at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery in Korea (UNMCK) is engraved with the names of the 40,896 United Nations casualties (killed and missing), including more than 36,000 Americans from each U.S. State and Territory.

The following names, provided by the UNMCK, are etched on the Wall of Remembrance and our hearts.

Please leave a tribute here in memory of a loved one or to express your gratitude. You can also click here to support the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation’s efforts to build a Wall of Remembrance at the National Korean Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC.
